The weight of the weighted blanket should be approximately 10% of the weight of the person using it. If your weight falls between those two ranges, we recommend choosing a heavier blanket. Not sure which blanket weight to choose? Use the following table:

How do I clean my Gravity® Weighted Blanket?
- Both the cover and the weight insert can be washed in the washing machine.
- We recommend washing the Gravity® weighted duvet cover at a temperature not higher than 40°C and the Gravity® weighted duvet insert at a maximum temperature of 30°C.
- The insert should not be dried in a tumble dryer. After washing, hang or spread out to dry.
- Do not spin dry or select a low spin program.
- Don't iron the blanket.
