Located on a quiet cul-de-sac with sweeping views of the 11-mile Palmetto Dune Lagoon, yet only 6 rows from the beach, this home has all the features you'd expect in a luxury home. This home has a south-facing entryway with a petticoat, a screened-in porch, and four rocking chairs. When you walk into this home the first thing you notice is the beautiful dark hardwood floors and open floor plan. In the living room there are two sofas, an easy chair with ottoman and a 55" SMART TV positioned above the fireplace. To the right of the entrance is a dining room with six seats. This opens to a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, kitchen island with sink and dishwasher, and a Thermador Professional 6 burner gas stove.The two chairs by the counter are the perfect place to sit and watch the chef prepare your favorite dish.There is also a kitchen table sleeps six.To the left of the front door is a large den with a desk, chair, and bookcase full of books for poolside reading.There is a ½ bath in the hall.Bedroom 1 is located on this level and has a queen-size bed, accent chair, and 36" TV. Has a beautiful lagoon view and access to the outside deck. The private bathroom is nicely tiled and has two separate sinks, a bathtub, and a walk-in shower .

From the kitchen or living room there is access to a covered terrace with ceiling fans, a Weber gas grill, a terrace and two chairs. This room has views of the pool and lagoon. Going down 16 steps to the pool and spa is a great outdoor entertaining area. Thanks to the private dock, you can go fishing, take a sunset boat ride, or watch for wildlife and listen to the ocean. A beautiful pool/spa next to the outdoor kitchen and a large game room below complete the backyard oasis. Next to the garage there is an outside shower to rinse off from the beach or before using the pool. Around the pool there are four loungers where you can sunbathe. There is a fireplace with two chairs outside. Covered outdoor kitchen with round table for four, large brick countertop with sink and gas grill and mini fridge for chilling poolside drinks. You can relax on the sofa and two chairs and watch the game on the mounted 42-inch TV. Behind it is a games room with a table tennis table, table football and darts.

Back in on the main level, the laundry room is behind the kitchen. It has a sink, washer and dryer. Here you will find 18 stairs leading to the second floor. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and a single bed, an armchair and a 32-inch TV. The private bathroom has a sink and a tub/shower. There is a wicker sofa in the attic. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and a sleeper sofa for two and shares a bathroom with bedroom 4. The bathroom has two separate sinks and a tub/shower. Bedroom 4 has two double beds.
