You will remain responsible for payment for your Items and the default credit card on file will be charged, regardless of whether you have not picked up the Items.

Distance:After a bidder pays and picks up their items, the items become the property of the highest bidder (buyer). From that moment, the buyer assumes all risks for material loss and damage, including at the point of sale.If you think you've won an item and it doesn't appear on your invoice page, please contact the Equip Bid office by 9:00 am after auction closes.

Refunds:If you receive an item that is damaged, non-functioning, or has parts missing and is not listed as such in the description, you are entitled to a refund.For items marked factory sealed, please report any issues within 48 hours of collection for return. If marked "New" we stand behind the functionality of your item (there is no other warranty) so please call within 48 hours of collection. Otherwise, no further refunds will be given as there is no express or implied warranty on the items..Please note that refunds are processed upon receipt; however, it may take 4-12 business days for the funds to be processed and posted to your account.
